Appointments to a Panel

The President of the Institute will, at the request of parties, appoint an appropriate Chartered Arbitrator to resolve a dispute.

Eligibility for appointment as arbitrator by the Institute depends upon the individual having achieved the designation Chartered Arbitrator or satisfied the criteria for inclusion on the relevant specialist panel
